Shipment arrival on time. CargoGO guarantees our client that we will deliver the shipment on or even before the time agreed. Should we not be able to fulfil this promise we shall take the full responsibility for it. Our staff motivation system is based on the increase of each transport vehicle’s run. This prompts us to arrive at the pick up/drop off point on time and use the allocated driving time effectively, thus encouraging us to deliver your shipment as quickly as possible and strive for the maximal run.

Quality service. We see it as a prompt feedback to the client, fast problem solving, the pick up and the delivery of cargo at the agreed time, reliability and the introduction of new solutions to increasing the quality and processes’ effectiveness.

A satisfied client. We listen to the needs of each client and we strive to meet them. We actually try to do even more than that – we try to be one step ahead and offer our clients solutions that would be above their expectations.

Cargo safety. We have installed a satellite link in all of our trucks, allowing us to monitor them in real time (online). We only purchase new trucks and semi trailers, which are fully equipped, have additional breaking systems (retarders), ADR package and other necessary equipment. Our driver selection system is very rigorous; therefore we only have drivers who deserve to work with us and for our clients. We are very pleased that over a few years we have managed to select motivated and worthy drivers that guard the goods entrusted to them. We have also insured all the shipments to the sum of 300,000 EUR with CMR insurance.

Responsibility. We are responsible for any mistakes we might make. We also strive to eliminate and not to repeat them.

Reducing costs to the client. We pay great attention to our costs’ reduction and the increase in effectiveness. That is our priority. We have implemented a clear cost control system and we have established goals, which always induce us to reduce costs and increase effectiveness. Thus, we can offer our clients a competitive shipment price.

Long-term collaboration. We aim towards long-term, mutually beneficial relationship. Therefore, we often enter into long-term cooperation contracts. We don’t rush about and change our partners if something out of place happens, or if there is an accidental financial loss.

Presenting documents on time. We have certain organisational standards that allow us to make sure that all the necessary documents are at your desk as soon as possible.

Fast problem solving. Our client’s problem is our problem. We aim to solve them, not to avoid them.
